Ivosia Launches AI-Native Rideshare Paying Drivers 90%, With Selected Trips Up to 97%

SARASOTA, Fla. – September 8, 2026 – Ivosia Technologies LLC today announced its AI-native rideshare platform for Sarasota and Port Charlotte, with driver onboarding underway in Bradenton, Venice, Englewood and Punta Gorda. Ivosia is designed to offer some of the industry’s most competitive fares without demand-based surge pricing while paying drivers 90% of the eligible trip fare and up to 97% on selected trips.

The company was built in response to accounts shared by drivers who say legacy rideshare economics have become unsustainable. Sarasota-area drivers have reported offers near $2.95, difficult weeks generating only $200 to $400 in gross earnings, and examples in which a rider paid about $100 while the driver received only $30 to $35. Ivosia has also heard serious accounts of drivers losing vehicles needed for work, jobs or housing stability, including homelessness. These are anecdotal reports rather than an industry-wide statistical study, but they reflect the human problem Ivosia intends to address.

Drivers have reported long-distance offers near $27 for approximately 68 miles. An empty return can turn that assignment into roughly 136 miles before pickup distance, fuel, maintenance, insurance and working time.

When the economics do not justify the trip, drivers decline; riders may wait, miss flights or become stranded.

Ivosia’s model puts trip completion ahead of a large platform margin. The company states that its standard driver payout is 90% of the eligible trip fare, with selected trips paying up to 97%. Ivosia may accept a smaller margin to keep the rider’s price low and the driver’s offer worthwhile. Taxes, tips, tolls, regulatory assessments, processing fees and other pass-through items may be treated separately, and no single fare is guaranteed to be the lowest in every market.

Behind a simple interface is a platform developed by Ivosia’s San Francisco engineering team. Rider and driver modes operate in one app through a shared trip, identity, communication and safety system. Ivosia’s proprietary intelligence is built into the platform rather than added through a generic third-party chatbot: riders can ask for destinations such as a highly rated steak restaurant, while drivers can identify areas with stronger demand and earning potential. Low-latency cloud services, real-time dispatch, elastic capacity, continuous monitoring and automated recovery are designed to keep the app responsive as demand grows.

AI-assisted safety evaluates relevant account, trip and behavioral signals before matching and during a ride, flagging anomalies for human review. Driver onboarding includes identity, vehicle and motor-vehicle-record checks plus third-party background screening that may examine up to seven years of legally reportable history where permitted. Ivosia is also evaluating a compliant drug-screening program.

The company is developing a program to fund qualifying rides for people with disabilities, seniors and others facing transportation barriers, as well as eligible children and young adults served through verified nonprofit, foster-care and guardian partners. Approved rides would be paid by Ivosia, not shifted to drivers, following safety and compliance review.
