Ms. Dalkin, who joined the firm as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer in 2025, will continue to lead all operational, financial, and administrative functions of Azarias in her expanded role as Partner.

The promotion recognizes Ms. Dalkin’s meaningful contributions to strengthening the firm’s operational and financial infrastructure and reflects the firm’s continued momentum as it marks a decade since the launch of its Focused Small Cap Value strategy. Ms. Dalkin’s leadership across finance, compliance, and operational scalability has been instrumental in positioning Azarias for its next phase of growth. She has meaningfully strengthened the firm’s back-office infrastructure and institutional foundation, allowing the investment team to remain fully focused on research and portfolio management.
